He acquired his 16-year experience in gastronomy in Poland and London. His talent and skill allowed him to host the culinary show "Kuchnia" in the local television. Awarded with a "Jean Bos" Kitchen Master Academy molecular cuisine diploma. He values his team the most, and makes sure that they form a good, professional crew prepared for any culinary challenge. To quote him: "It's a demanding and stressful job, but very rewarding". He loves to cook Polish dishes in a modern manner and to combine elements of cuisine from the whole world.
