He was awarded a "Jean Bos" Kitchen Master Academy molecular cuisine diploma. He truly values his team and understands the importance of a crew prepared for any culinary challenge. To quote him: "It's a demanding and stressful job, but very rewarding". He loves to cook Polish dishes in a modern way but also often adds elements of international kitchen.
